8 x 32R for 3 couples in a 4-couple set                                               devised by Moira Turner

 

1 – 4        1st couple set and cast off one place.  2nd couple step up.

5 – 8        1st couple turn left hand to finish facing 1st corners.

9 – 12      1st couple dance a half LEFT SHOULDER diagonal reel of four with 1st corners.

13 – 16    1st couple turn 1st corners (in partner’s 1st corner position) left hand to finish facing 2nd corners.

17 – 20    1st couple dance a half LEFT SHOULDER diagonal reel of four with 2nd corners.

21 – 24    1st couple turn 2nd corners (in partner’s 2nd corner position) left hand to finish on the 1st corner diagonal, side by side with 1st corner (in partner’s 1st corner position).

25 – 26    1st couple with 1st corners promenade diagonally across the set passing right shoulders to return 1st corners to own places.

27 – 28    1st couple dance one place clockwise inside the set as corners set.  1st couple finish on the 2nd corner diagonal, side by side with 2nd corner (in partner’s 2nd corner position).

29 – 30    1st couple with 2nd corners promenade diagonally across the set passing right shoulders to return 2nd corners to own places.

31 – 32    1st couple pass partner right shoulder to finish in 2nd place own side as corners set.

 

Repeat the dance having passed a couple.

 

Corriejukit  means “left handed.”           February, 2004
